Painting with a Twist hosts “fun-raising” paint party for WSRE-TV Foundation

PENSACOLA, Fla., May 23—Painting with a Twist in Fort Walton Beach is encouraging its patrons to have a heart for public television and support WSRE while painting the “Rustic American Heart” on Saturday, June 17 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

“We personally support WSRE because of the quality programming—reason enough—but also for the level of involvement WSRE has in the community,” said David Presnell, Painting with a Twist franchise partner.

“We’re hosting this paint party in celebration of WSRE’s 50th anniversary and because we know that their programs attract the types of customers we desire—educated, cultured, fun-loving and socially engaged,” added franchise partner Barbara Dean. “We’re excited for this opportunity to lend our support professionally, too!”

Painting with a Twist is located in the Publix shopping center at 255 Miracle Strip Pkwy. The $50 fee covers art supplies and a donation to the WSRE-TV Foundation. Register at wsre.org/50.
