Since 1967, WSRE, PBS for the Gulf Coast, has provided mind-enriching, entertaining and award-winning programs to Gulf Coast viewers. WSRETV is community-supported television.  In addition to nationally acclaimed PBS shows, WSRE also airs programs of local and regional interest. From Big Bird and Mr. Rogers to the Three Tenors and André Rieu, WSRE provides everyone with opportunities to explore new ideas and new worlds.

WSRE is proud to be the producer of YOUR documentary, Honor Flight…A Journey of Heroes.  Filmed, directed and edited by our award winning team, we have documented a piece of your history, and offer it to the community as a reminder of your sacrifices and service on all American’s behalf.

All of the veterans and guardians who traveled on the inaugural trip of the Emerald Coast Honor Flight will receive one complimentary copy of the documentary.  For family and friends of these heroes, we offer a special one year gift membership to WSRE that includes a one year subscription to WSRE’s PREVIEW program guide, as well as a DVD of the Honor Flight documentary for your own library.
