Local Chefs Pitch in to Support Public Broadcasting
WSRE is pleased to announce the chefs participating in its upcoming 22nd Annual Wine & Food Classic. Some of the area’s best chefs will prepare their signature dishes which will then be paired perfectly with recently judged medal-winning wines at two Wine & Food events. Chefs include: David Cunningham of Commander’s Palace Destin, Dan Dunn of H2O Grill, Greg McCarthy of The Grand Marlin, Irv Miller of Jackson’s Steakhouse, David Penniman of Classic City Catering, Jay Ammons of Will Call, Mark Murphy of Flounder’s Chowder House, Jim Shirley of The Fish House and Tony Wall of New World Landing.
“Corks & Forks,” the 22nd Annual WSRE Wine & Food Classic — Preview Party Tasting - Friday, October 22 at 6 p.m. and Culinary Five-Course Dinner - Sunday, October 24 at 5:30 p.m. at the Hilton Pensacola Beach Gulf Front. Tickets are $50 per person for Friday and can be purchased online at wsre.org/WineAndFood or by calling 850.484.1261 during business hours. Tickets for Sunday are no longer available.
