People On The Move: Eric Fundin Joins WSRE

Eric Fundin has joined WSRE, PBS for the Gulf Coast, as the new Director of Station Operations. In his new position, he will oversee production, promotions, new media technologies, Sightline and the Amos Performance Studio for the public television station.

Fundin comes to WSRE from Rochester, New York where he worked as the Director of Operations for WXXI Council for Public Broadcasting. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama. In addition to his former experience in New York, he has also held positions at WPMI-TV and WJTC-TV in Mobile, Alabama.
