WSRE’S “Open Forum” Discusses Jobs

Tonight at 8 p.m., on WSRE, PBS for the Gulf Coast, Open Forum will discuss the employment outlook in the Northwest Florida area. With so many people losing jobs or worrying about losing jobs in the area, host Lloyd Patterson will talk to some local experts about what you can do right now. Information on job training and available local resources will be identified.

Guests include: Mary Lou Reed, Okaloosa/Walton Workforce Board; Susan Nelms, Workforce Escarosa Director; Dr. Rick Harper, University of West Florida Economist; and Sharon Williams, Landrum Staffing Services.

Open Forum is a live call-in, current issues program, hosted by Lloyd Patterson. The program airs live, the first Friday of every month at 8 p.m. on WSRE.
