Five Culinary Artists to Headline WSRE’s Annual Fundraiser
21st Annual WSRE Wine & Food Classic — Sunday, October 18, 5:30 p.m. Hilton Pensacola Beach Gulf Front
WSRE, invites you to please your palate and tempt your taste buds with “The Chef’s Palette” at the 21st Annual WSRE Wine & Food Classic – Sunday, October 18, 5:30 p.m. at the Hilton Pensacola Beach Gulf Front. Designed to have a more intimate feel, this year’s fete will feature reserved seating for only 250 guests. The evening will commence with a Chef’s Champagne Reception including hors d’oeuvres, a champagne tasting and silent auction. Then, each of the five culinary artists will present their masterpiece as part of a five-course dinner, which will be paired with (soon-to-be-judged) medal-winning wines provided by Republic National Distributors. Culinary artists include: David Cunningham, Commander’s Palace Destin; Dan Dunn, H2O Cajun Asian Grill; Bruce McAdoo, Seagar’s Prime Steaks and Seafood in Sandestin; Mark Murphy; Madison’s Southern Nouveau Cuisine; and Frank Taylor, Global Grill. Guests will have the opportunity to bid on unique culinary, destination, art and wine packages during silent and live auctions, as well as enjoy entertainment by Tim Jackson’s Mr. Big Band. This year’s honorary event chair is Patricia Windham and event co-chairs are Michael Johnson and Ed Lemox.
