Fore! Play 100 Holes of Golf for FREE
WSRE 100 Hole Golf Marathon May 11 at Tiger Point
Are you an avid golfer? Do you support the mission of public broadcasting? If so, you are a prime candidate to play in the WSRE 100 Hole Golf Marathon, which is set to take place Monday, May 11 with a shotgun start promptly at 7 a.m. at Tiger Point Golf Club. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided, as well as a very nice goodie bag and prizes. Participation is limited to 36 players, and there is no registration fee or cost to participate and play. But here’s the catch — can you get 20 people to each sponsor you for one dollar per hole (or perhaps 40 friends at 50 cents per hole)? We have all the tools you need to help in your fundraising effort. We just need you to make the commitment and play golf to your heart’s content!
Funds collected for this event will be used to support WSRE’s mission of helping viewers explore new worlds, discover new ideas and broaden personal horizons. The WSRE Foundation is a 501 (C) 3 non-profit organization. For more information or to participate, call Marny Needle at (850) 484-1084 or visit wsre.org/golf.
